minutes.io makes it simple and effective to take notes during a meeting and distribute them to the participants as fast as possible.
If an Internet connection is detected the notes can be sent right away; otherwise the app can store the data locally inside the browser until an Internet connection is available.
The app works incredible easy, partially because it doesn’t require the user to signup for an account. From a technical perspective, cookies and offline storage are being used to recognize the user and store his data.
The domain has been registered at the begining of April 2011 from Bruchkbel, Germany. The testimonials on the site claim that it has been labelled as the next “doodle.com”. The UI is nice and it makes something which users want, so it might end up just there – we’ll see how the site evolves in the following months…
